Tenderers who are interested to bid for the tender are required to attend a compulsory tender briefing in-person, which will be held 2 weeks after tender launch. Bids submitted by Tenderers who did not attend this compulsory tender briefing will not be considered.
Tenderers who are interested in attending the tender briefing must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) in Schedule 11 and email it to Emerging_Renewables_Branch@ema.gov.sg by 8 May 2026 (Friday), 4pm (Singapore Time). EMA reserves the right not to accept NDAs that are submitted after this cut-off date. Tenderers will be notified via email on the exact location of the tender briefing upon successful receipt of the duly signed NDA. More details will be provided in the email notification from EMA.
