Submit a request in writing to Mr Kang Kee Yong (KANG_Kee_Yong@ura.gov.sg), Ms Lim Yi Lin (LIM_Yi_Lin@ura.gov.sg),
Mr Nickanor Tikno (Nickanor_TIKNO@ura.gov.sg) and submit the signed copy of the Undertaking of Non-Disclosure (Annex 1) by a Director or other person authorised to act on behalf of the Company in the email request for the password to the password protected tender documents in GeBIZ by 07 August 2026, failing which the Employer would have the discretion to disregard any such requests.

The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this Tender. The Quality Proposal (Technical) and Price Proposal (Price) shall be submitted separately under the respective document type (i.e. Technical or Price) in GeBIZ.
