Tenderers who were not previously qualified in the Pre-Qualification (Stage 1 of the 2-Stage Selective Tendering) but would like to submit a Proposal for this Tender, shall submit a request for Pre-Qualification to the Employer via email to the officers listed at the end of this invitation letter by 23 May 2026. Request for Pre-Qualification received after deadline will be rejected. Tenderers shall submit the proposal for Qualification to the Employer via email within 14 days from date of receipt of the Pre-Qualification Documents from the Employer. Proposals for Qualification received after 14 days will not be considered. Tenderers who meet all the evaluation criteria in the Pre-Qualification will be invited to submit the Proposals for this Tender.
