MTI launched a selective tender on 31 October 2025 comprising two stages. The Pre-Qualification (Stage 1) was completed, and Tenderers who have been pre-qualified under Stage 1 are now invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender (Stage 2). Please note that MTI will be renamed to the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (METI) with effect from 1 October 2026.
