Full details of the scope of works in the Requirement Specifications, Price Schedule, the Conditions of Contract, and other relevant annexes will only be disclosed after interested tenderers submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by email to Mr. Nicholas Yong and Ms. Lee Pei Juan. Tenderers should endeavour to submit the signed NDA by 23 Sep 2026 to ensure there is sufficient time to submit an offer by the stipulated closing date.

The Company's offer shall be valid for a period of 4 calendar weeks from the closing date of the Tender. On expiry of the offer, the Company shall, if the Board so requires, extend the validity of the offer for one or more periods not exceeding in total 2 calendar weeks.
