Tenderers' offer shall be valid for a period of 12 calendar weeks from the closing date of the Tender. On expiry of the offer, the Tenderer shall, if the Board so requires, extend the validity of the offer for one or more periods not exceeding in total 4 calendar weeks.

Your tender offer must be received by the Board by 4PM (Singapore Time) on 24th August 2026.

Any submission to any other STB email address other than int_procurement@stb.gov.sg will not be accepted. Tenderers who send or copy their proposal to any other STB officer is liable for disqualification.
Please refer to the tender documents to find out if the Government Registration Authority (GRA) registration is a critical (i.e. mandatory), non-critical or fully exempted evaluation criterion.
