Full details of the scope of works in the Requirement Specifications and relevant Annexes will only be disclosed after interested tenderers submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by email to Ms. Jane Wong and Ms Deng Yiling (as above). Tenderers should endeavour to submit the signed NDA by 20 May 2026 to ensure there is sufficient time to submit an offer by the stipulated closing date. STB reserves the right to respond only to requests from Tenderers with relevant consulting experience such as retail, tourism, or real estate sectors.
