A COMPULSORY briefing will be conducted on Wednesday, 08 July 2026, 09:30 AM (Singapore Time) at the Merlion park, beside the main Merlion statue. Please email Ms. Rebecca Low to register your attendance (indicate your company's name, attendees' name, contact and email address) by 07 July 2026, 4 PM.
Tenderer who has registered for the compulsory briefing is required to submit the completed Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") via email to Ms. Rebecca Low by 07 July 2026, 4PM. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, STB will email the Tenderer the Annex A-Existing Information.
The Company's offer shall be valid for a period of 12 calendar weeks from the closing date of the Quotation. On expiry of the offer, the Company shall, if the Board so requires, extend the validity of the offer for one or more periods not exceeding in total 12 calendar weeks.
