Land Valuation Services for Hotel Projects
The Singapore Tourism Board would like to invite suppliers to submit their proposals for the abovementioned quotation. STB would like to conduct a land valuation study for a hotel site.

The objective of the study is to conduct an independent estimate of the land value for the hotel site, taking reference from actual benchmarks.
