(1) This is a 2-envelopes QFM tender.
(2) Tenderers must be registered under the Panel 2 or 3 of the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) and have been shortlisted during the Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise (EOI reference: SSC000ERF26000007), can participate in this ITT.
(3) Information and documents under Part 2 (Project Brief) will only be made available to the shortlisted Tenderers upon receipt by SportSG the completed and signed Letter of undertaking to Safeguard Confidential Information (Appendix A to Part 6a) to be emailed to the personnel listed in ITT Cover Letter.
