(2) Tenderers must be registered under the Panel 2 or 3 of the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) and have been shortlisted during the Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise (EOI reference: SSC000ERF26000001), can participate in this ITT.
(3) Information and documents under Part 2 (Requirement Specifications) will only be made available to the shortlisted Tenderers via issuance of a 'password' upon receipt by SportSG the completed and signed copy of Letter of Undertaking to Safeguard Confidential Information.
(4) There should be four (4) Letter of Undertaking to Safeguard Confidential Information (in PDF form) to be submitted per team and to be compiled by the MDT Lead.
