Interested tenderers are to note that aside from Annex A (Scope of Work), a portion of the tender documents will require the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Annex B).

Tenderers are required to sign the NDA to receive the following restricted documents, (i) Annex C (Design Context & Principles), (ii) Annex C1 (NSC_Foyers Architectural & ID intent) and (iii) Recording of Stage 1 Tender Briefing
