The Science Centre Board (SCB) is looking to engage a contractor to design, fabricate, and deliver two human-powered fan exhibits. These two exhibits will be used for backend testing only and will not be deployed for visitor use. Hence, they are to be robust and safe enough to be used as intended, but the finishing is not required to be aesthetically presentable, and they do not require hardening for unguided visitor use. The exhibits will be placed outdoors for testing.
