For Singapore Registered Firms/Companies - Tenderers registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in the ME04 (Communications & Security Systems) registration head of financial grade L3 and above are invited to tender for this project.

For Malaysian Registered Firms/Companies - Tenderers registered with the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (LPIPM) in the E02 (Surveillance and Security System) registration head of financial Grade G7 are invited to tender for this project.
Tenderers are required to provide company's particulars as listed in Annex J for our consideration. Tenderers must submit English translated and certified copy of certificate of incorporation of private company (Form 9) issued by Company Commission of Malaysia.
