All Tenderers that are eligible and intend to participate in this tender shall submit a Letter of Intent (Annex H) to Director, Water Reclamation (Network), and email a copy of endorsed Letter of Intent (Annex H) to Mr. Warren Khor at Warren_Khor@pub.gov.sg and Mr. Derrick Cheng at Derrick_Cheng@pub.gov.sg. Tenderers who are successfully registered will be notified to collect a DVD for Volume 6 which consists of BIM Model as stated in the contents page.
