Tenderers are required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement (CA) in Annex H of the tender documents and return a signed softcopy of the CA to Natalie_TAN@pub.gov.sg and CHUA_Seek_Ann@pub.gov.sg, in exchange for a softcopy of the PUB Underwriting Information Pack (Annex J). The PUB Underwriting Information Pack contains the business activities undertaken by PUB and other information to help Tenderers submit an effective proposal for the relevant classes of insurance in this tender. Upon receipt of the tenderer's completed and signed CA, Annex J will be released to the tenderer's email address indicated in the submitted CA. Tenderers are to note that for the Tenderer's Malaysia Office/ Networking Partner in Malaysia to receive the PUB Underwriting Information Pack, they will need to sign the Non-Disclosure Undertaking under Schedule 3 of the CA.
