Provision and Setup of Water Carnival Package For A Period Of 30 Months With An Option to Extend for Six Months.
The Water Carnival (WC) Package is a proven engagement platform that provides water-based inflatables, paddle boats, snack and game booths, lifeguards, and supporting manpower to complement the outreach efforts of Residents Networks (RNs) and Neighbourhood Committees (NCs). It is particularly effective in engaging condominium residents, especially young families, and strengthening partnerships with MCSTs.
