Tenderers are required to submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) set out in Attachment B which can be found in the Covering Letter in order to receive the password to have access to Part V - Breakdown Cost of Tender, which contains the Baseline Expenditure. The NDA shall be duly signed by an authorised representative of the Tenderer. The Part V-Breakdown Cost of Tender will only be issued to bona fide Tenderers who are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under Facilities Management (FM01), Financial Grade M1 (Tendering Limit - Unlimited).

All interested tenderers are required to attend a mandatory 2-part Tender Briefing and Site Showround. Please note that the Tender Briefing is a Critical Criterion and failure to do so will render the tender submission invalid. The details of the 2-part Tender Briefing and Site Showround is as follows:

Part 1 will be held at 10.00am at Ci Yuan Community Club
Part 2 will be held at 3.00pm at Whampoa Community Club

Please note that each Tenderer is only allowed up to 5 representatives to attend the tender briefing and site showround. To confirm the attendance of your representatives, please fill up the Attendance Form and the NDA Form which can be found in the Covering Letter.

Subcontractors are welcome to attend the Tender Briefing and Site showround. Subcontractors are also required to submit the Attendance Form and the NDA Form. Please note that each Subcontractor is only allowed up to 2 representatives. Attendance of subcontractors is non-mandatory.
