The venue will open 30 minutes before the briefing commences. Please ensure that your representative(s) completes the registration via the QR code provided in the attached ITT.

Please note that only companies that attended the pre-tender briefing are eligible to submit a bid. Both the company name and Unique Entity Number (UEN) in the bid submission must match those recorded at the pre-tender briefing. Any bid submitted by a company whose name or UEN does not match the attendance records of the pre-tender briefing, or by a company that did not attend the pre-tender briefing, shall be deemed invalid and disqualified from the tender exercise.

Please also note that attendance will be taken electronically on site.
