1) Only the 5 Multi-Disciplinary Teams which are successful in the shortlisting exercise for the Expression of Interest (EOI) for Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services for the Proposed Upgrading of Pasir Ris Elias Community Club (EOI Reference No. PAS000ERF26000004) are eligible to participate in this tender exercise.

2) Tenderers are to submit the duly signed Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information for access to the tender documents published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.
(b) The Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information is to be signed by the Director of AR, CS, ME and QS firm and a witnessing party from the respective firm.
(c) The scan copy of the completed Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information shall be emailed to wilson_kam@pa.gov.sg and thilaiga_ramakrishnan@pa.gov.sg

The executed Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents.
