a. Tenderers who do not attend the compulsory briefing shall be disqualified.
b. Attendance of latecomers who arrive after the commencement of the tender briefing shall not be considered.
c. Representing and/or attending the briefing on behalf of another company is strictly not allowed.
d. Tenderers are advised to keep to a maximum of three (3) representatives for the briefing.
