1. Registration under BCA CW01 (General Building) with financial limit of C2 ($1,600,000) & above OR CR06 (Interior Decoration and Finishing Works) with financial limit of L2 ($1,600,000) & above is critical.

2. Site Showround is NOT compulsory. Interested tenderers may view the site on 28 Oct 2026 at 10am. Tenderers are to meet at Blk 73 Level 2 Estate, Eco & Safety Office.
