1. Registration under BCA, EITHER CW01 (General Building) with financial limit of C3 ($800,000) & above OR CR06 (Interior Decoration & Finishing Works) with financial limit of L1 ($800,000) & above are critical criteria.
2. There is a non-compulsory site showround on 24 Jun 2025 at 10am.
