1. Interested respondents shall register their interest through the Lead Consultant, that is the Architect, as a Multi-disciplinary team to provide the consultancy services & submit the prescribed EOI Response Forms and Annex A attached in the EOI document to provide the required information together with the Letter of Verification from BCA (applicable to Collaborative Bidding Consortium only).

2. Interested respondents shall submit the EOI Response Form together with Annex A and the Letter of Verification from BCA (applicable to Collaborative Bidding Consortium only) not later than the closing date and time stated in this Invitation to EOI.

3. Late submission or submission outside GeBIZ will not be considered.

All consultancy firms within the MDT participating in this EOI must be listed in the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) under Panel Code 02 or 03 in their respective discipline at the point of EOI closing and tender closing. A consultancy firm that is not listed in the required panel(s) is advised to submit its application at the earliest possible opportunity and must declare its application status in its EOI and tender submission. If the consultancy firm's application is still pending at the time of EOI closing or Tender closing, the consultancy firm shall:
(i) provide documentary proof to show that it has applied for listing in the required panels (Panel Code 02 or 03 in their respective discipline); and
(ii) ensure that it is listed under the required panels (Panel Code 02 or 03 in their respective discipline) as at the time of balloting and award of the tender.
