* This is a QFM Tender. Only Multi-Disciplinary Teams of Consultants who were successfully shortlisted in the (NParks/E/1/2026) can participate in this tender. (1) CPG CONSULTANTS PTE LTD, (2) FDAT ARCHITECTS LLP, (3) K2LD ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD., (4) SWAN & MACLAREN ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD., (5) ZARCH COLLABORATIVES PTE. LTD.
* Project brief will be provided during the compulsory tender briefing, upon signing of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, and will subsequently be emailed to the Multi-Disciplinary Consultant Teams successfully shortlisted under the EOI (NParks/E/1/2026).
* This is a Two Envelope Submission. "Price Schedule" and "Breakdown of Fee in Man-weeks and Man-weeks Rates" shall be submitted in the "Price" document type. All other submissions shall be submitted in the "Technical" document type.
