There will be a compulsory briefing. Interested tenderers shall RSVP through email with Muhammad Farhan Yusi by 3 July 2026. Maximum of 2 persons per company for the compulsory Tender Briefing. Tenderers are required to take the ferry from Changi Point Ferry Terminal and meet directly at Ubin Volunteer Hub at 8.30am.
