1) There will be a non-compulsory Tender Briefing. Interested
tenderers should RSVP with your names of the attendees, company
name, contact numbers and email addresses via email to
dickson_koh@nparks.gov.sg by 28 May 2026 (Thursday) for
invitation to the online briefing.

2) This is a QFM Tender. Only Consultants who were successfully shortlisted in NParks/E/9/2025 can participate in this tender.

(iii) One-Smart Engineering Pte Ltd
(iv) PH Consulting Pte Ltd
(v) Meinhardt Infrastructure Pte Ltd

3) This is a Two Envelope Submission. "Price Schedule" and
"Breakdown of Fee in Man-weeks and Man-weeks Rates" shall be
submitted in the "Price" folder. All Other submission shall be
submitted in the "Technical" folder.
