1) The EOI must be submitted using the forms set out in Annexes C and D. EOI submissions must be comprehensive and NLB shall have the right to disqualify any with missing information.
2) The EOI submissions are to be submitted electronically via GeBIZ by the stipulated closing date and time.
3) EOIs that are submitted late or are otherwise not submitted in accordance with any NLB requirements shall be liable to be disqualified.
