ITT FOR DESIGN, FABRICATION, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF REFURBISHMENT AND ENHANCEMENT WORKS AT 42 WATERLOO STREET (ARTS RESOURCE HUB)
The enhancement works at 42 Waterloo Street (42WS) are intended to optimise the use of the existing premises rather than undertake major renovation, with the extent of intervention calibrated to the needs of each space. In particular the proposed works will improve the flexibility and usability of existing facilities, address identified functional and maintenance needs, and refresh the overall environment at 42WS.
