1) This is a QFM Tender. Only tenderers shortlisted from the Expression of Interest exercise are eligible to participate in this tender.
2) Tender documents are password-protected. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be sent to the shortlisted tenderers via email. Passwords will be provided to the shortlisted tenderers who have endorsed and returned the NDA.
3) Shortlisted tenderers who have not received the NDA through email should inform the contact person immediately.
