Suppliers are invited to submit a proposal for the end-to-end event management service delivery of the inaugural Singapore Arts Philanthropy Forum (SAPF), a one-day high-level conference organised by the National Arts Council (NAC) on 19 January 2027 (date TBC), expected to host 500 to 700 participants.

Proposals must address all five areas of the scope of services: (1) Programme Development & Experience Design, (2) Performance Programming, (3) Creative Services, (4) Event Production & Technical Services, and (5) Operations Management & Security. Submissions that do not cover all areas will not be considered.

Your proposal should include a detailed methodology outlining your approach to each scope area, your proposed team structure and relevant experience in delivering large-scale, high-profile conferences, and a fully itemised quotation. Please also include at least two examples of comparable events you have managed, with references where available.

All prospective bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session organised by NAC. Only proposals submitted by organisations whose authorised representatives have attended this mandatory briefing will be considered for evaluation.

All proposals must be submitted via GeBIZ by the closing date and time stated in this ITT. Late submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted. Queries must be submitted in writing via GeBIZ by the stipulated deadline.
