INVITATION TO TENDER FOR LEGAL SERVICES TO MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM SINGAPURA (MUIS) FOR 3 YEARS WITH OPTION TO EXTEND 2 YEARS
MUIS seeks to appoint up to 12 law firms to a non-exclusive panel to provide legal advisory, drafting, representation and related legal services as and when required across four categories: 1) Corporate, Regulatory & Statutory Affairs; 2) Real Estate and Infrastructure; 3) Trusts, Estates & Muslim Laws; and 4) Litigation & Dispute Resolution. The initial contract period is 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 2 years. There is no minimum quantity of services and no retainer fee.
