This is an electronic tender. Please submit quotes electronically via GeBIZ. Only the Concept Design Proposal (Four (4) A1 one-sided panels) is to be submitted to Ministry of Manpower located at MOM Geylang Bahru, 3 Geylang Bahru Lane, Singapore 339626, Guardhouse.
