Only the Concept Design Proposal (Five (5) A1 one-sided panels) is to be submitted to Ministry of Manpower located at MOM Geylang Bahru, 3 Geylang Bahru Lane, Singapore 339626, Guardhouse. Tenderers are required to contact Ms Inez Leong at 9800 8987 between 10.00am to 12.00pm or 2.00pm to 4.00pm upon reaching the Guardhouse on the Tender Closing Date or the latest Tender Closing Date as notified by the Employer for hardcopy submission.
