Proposers who are interested to respond to the RFP must attend both (i) and (ii):
(i) one of the two RFP briefing sessions, AND
(ii) the site visit(s) for the geographical zone(s) they wish to bid for as indicated in their Proposal.
A Proposal submitted by a Proposer who failed to attend the mandatory briefing session and the site visit(s) will be rejected.
