- Supplier Registration on the Landscape Company Register (LCR) for two consecutive cycles or exemption letter issued by MOM.
- Annex A: Price schedule
- Annex B: Maintenance Methodology and Work Plan Outline
- Annex C: List of current and past contracts in providing maintenance services for Indoor Living Plants Vertical Green Wall from 1 January 2023 to the closing date of this Invitation to Quote

2.Please submit your proposal through GeBIZ. Any proposal submitted after the closing date stated will not be considered.
