1. Please fill up this form to make an appointment by 19 August 2026, 5.00 pm for
the site visit: https://go.gov.sg/sitevisitsvps
2. Contractors will be allocated time to take the necessary measurements during
the site visit. Maximum of 2 representatives per company will be admitted for the
site visit.
3. Representatives are advised to be punctual as late comers will not be
entertained once briefing commences.
4. Interested bidders must sign an attendance sheet during the site visit (mandatory
for evaluation and audit) and the document will be scanned for evaluation.
Registering interest before the visit will not constitute attendance and failure to
attend will render a disqualification.
5. Representatives are not allowed to enter the school if he or she has any of the
flu-like symptoms such as fever, running nose, dry cough.
