Interested vendors shall attend a compulsory site visit on 4 June 2026 (Thursday, 2.00pm to 3.00pm) in North View Primary School to recce the assigned school venues for the respective activities. The number of representatives per vendor is limited to maximum of 2 pax. During the visit, vendors are to note and confirm the necessary venue details such as venue size and availability of space, measurements, etc. Attendees are advised to be punctual as latecomers after shall not be entertained.

Interested vendors are to email Mdm Wong Oi Lai at wong_oi_lai@schools.gov.sg to confirm the site visit attendance by 3 June 2026 (Wednesday) before 5pm. In the email, please provide the following information:

1) Name & Contact number of vendor
2) Name of all staff (maximum of 2 pax) attending the site visit.
