Representatives are advised to be punctual as latecomers will not be entertained.
Only up to 2 representatives from each company are allowed to avoid crowding.
Please note that any requests for alternative dates for the site visit will not be entertained.
Attendance will be taken on that day.
Bidders who fail to attend the site visit shall be disqualified.
