- Suppliers will be allocated time to take necessary measurements during the site visit.
- Representatives are advised to be punctual as latecomers will not be entertained.
- Please note that any requests for alternative dates for the site visit will not be entertained.
- Suppliers who fail to attend the site visit shall be disqualified.
- The Supplier is advised, whenever relevant, to visit and examine the site and its surroundings and obtain for himself at his own expense all information that may be necessary for preparing his offer.
- No claims for expenses incurred in attending the site show round will be entertained by the Authority.
