A. Tenderers are to submit 'Quality' and 'Fee' proposals via GeBIZ. Only the following consultants are successful in the 1st stage of the 2-stage tender can participate:-
1) Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd
2) AECOM Cost Consulting And Project Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
3) WT Partnership (S) Pte. Ltd.
4) BEC Consultants Pte. Ltd.
5) CPG Consultants Pte Ltd

B. Tenderers to email: liu_xinyue@moe.gov.sg with completed Annex F to receive the Project Brief before tender close.
C. Tenderers are reminded NOT to indicate fee amount in GeBIZ Supplier's Remarks field.
D. Tenderers are encouraged to attend the Tender Briefing scheduled for 28 October 2026 at 4.00 pm. Tenderers wishing to attend are required to register their participation by emailing liu_xinyue@moe.gov.sg.
