APPOINTMENT OF INSURANCE COMPANY TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY & DIRECTORS’ AND OFFICERS’ LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR PRIVATE EDUCATION APPEALS BOARD
The Minister for Education has appointed a Private Education (PE) Appeals Board, as provided for under the PE Act, to hear appeals from persons aggrieved by decisions made by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) (To be "Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA)" from 1 July 2026 onwards).

This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is for the selection by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of a suitable insurance company to provide the above stated insurance for the members of the PE Appeals Board.
