TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers with a valid Term NDA are required to email lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with the subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract N1505" to obtain access to the Tender Documents.
The password for the Tender Documents will be issued only after the Tenderer has:
(a) quoted the Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA; and
(b) declared that they have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA.

ELIGIBILITY:
Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the eligibility criteria which are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 and 6 of the ITT for the details.

The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4.1 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
