CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead CW02 "Civil Engineering" with Financial Grade A2.

Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

SUBMISSION :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.

Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
