CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

(A) The Tenderer must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under at least one of the following Workheads and meet the corresponding minimum Financial Grade:

(a) CW01 - General Building with Financial Grade B2 or higher; or
(b) ME05 - Electrical Engineering, ME11 - Mechanical Engineering or ME15 - Integrated Building Services with Financial Grade L5 or higher.

Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract BD407':

(1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/Drawings;
Password to access Tender documents/drawings, will only be provided AFTER:
(1a) Term NDA declaration, please quote Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA27100); and
(1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the ITT for the details.

EVALUATION:
Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this Tender. Please refer to Clause 4 of the ITT for the details.
