CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who:
a) have the relevant experience to provide professional consultancy services of Architectural and Civil & Structural Engineering to the Authority for the design services as described in the Terms of Reference;

AND

b) are licensed by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and Board of Architects (BOA) to supply professional engineering and architectural services respectively as required under this Contract.

Please refer to Clauses 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit a nominal $1.00 under the "Unit Price" field and submit the Schedule of Rates duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ. All attachments must indicate clearly the company's name for identification purposes.

EVALUATION:
The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT.
