CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
i) Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead ME03 Solar PV System Integration with Financial Grade L1 and above.
ii) Tenderer who has been found to meet any of the following disqualifying criteria under the MOM Safety Disqualification Framework will be disqualified.
Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for further details.

SUBMISSION:
Please submit both tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

EVALUTION CRITERIA:
Please refer to Clause 4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

Tenderers are invited to attend the following:

a) Tender Briefing on 18 November 2026, 0930 hours at Hampshire Office (HSO), Land Transport Authority, 1 Hampshire Road, Block 2 Level 4 Room 1, Singapore 219428; and

b) Site Showround on 18 November 2026, 1430 hours at East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID) Guard House, Entrance A, 10 Laguna Golf Green (assemble at the Guard House). Visitor parking is available at Entrance A.

Tenderers are required to inform the Employer by 11 November 2026, the name of company and representatives (limited to 2 representatives per company) for the Tender briefing and Site Showround via the FormSG link
