ELIGIBILITY:
The eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
(a) Have experience in implementing and maintaining any in-vehicle system for a minimum of 200 public buses; and
(b) Have the capability to carry out maintenance activities in Singapore, whether by maintaining a local presence or by engaging a local partner to carry out maintenance activities on their behalf.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 14 and 16 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 2.1 of the Evaluation Criteria will be used for evaluation of this tender.
