TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (TERM NDA) AND CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete & submit attached files via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Term NDA ID / Clearance - declared for Contract R871A':

1) Term NDA for access to Tender Documents, please refer to the attached Term NDA notice.

2) Clearance Form "R871A_ClearanceForm_Drawings" for access to the Tender Drawings. Password will only be provided to the key Personnel / Authorised Signatory (1 personnel only) AFTER clearance is obtained. Please note that clearance requires 3 to 4 weeks for processing.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or clearance form, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this tender.
