Critical Criteria
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ with the financial grade S6 and above is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.
Tenderers who are registered with the relevant GRA, specifying that they have met the criteria for this Invitation to Tender, must declare their registration status by completing the attached Appendix A of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Submission

Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted.
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.

Please refer to Clause 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers for detail.
